Joseph Ziemianski, co-chair of the firm’s Global Insurance Department, has been named a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. The fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership in the fellows is limited to 1 percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Fellows are recommended by their peers and elected by the board of the American Bar Foundation.
Joseph's practice concentrates in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation involving a wide array of first- and third-party claims including professional liability, pollution, food contamination, pharmaceutical products, construction projects, advertising injury, and medical devices. He is AV rated by his peers and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and "Top Lawyer in Texas" (2011-2019) in the area of insurance coverage litigation. Joseph serves on the firm’s board of directors, the Management Committee, and the Shareholders Compensation Committee.
