Michael Schmidt joined KCOL-AM in Denver, Colorado to discuss rules on masks in the workplace. "The CDC came in and changed its guidance from where we it was the past May. It is sort of putting the burden a little bit on employers to figure out what they're gonna do both in terms of mask policy but also the larger picture of mandating vaccines in order to come into the workplace and the condition of work but your question yet you can require that vaccinated and-or unvaccinated individuals wear masks while at work," Michael said.
