Gary L. Gassman wrote the article "From Outsider to Insider: Why Do I Share My Journey of Personal Acceptance? Because It Leads to Positive Change" for the September issue of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance's magazine.

In the article, Gary shares his experiences within the Insurance industry as a business leader and a member of the LGBTQ+ community. He discusses how becoming a law firm partner and bar association leader caused him to take charge of helping younger lawyers and other professionals navigate law firm and bar association issues while being authentic and true to themselves.
