NEW YORK, October 3, 2023Neil Quartaro, a member of the firm’s Transportation and Trade Group, has been appointed chair of the Maritime Law Association’s Maritime Bankruptcy and Insolvency Committee. The Maritime Law Association was founded in 1899 with the objectives of advancing reforms in the Maritime Law of the United States, facilitating justice in its administration, and furnishing a forum for discussing and considering problems affecting the Maritime Law and its administration.
