Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce Robert W. Phelan, a member of the firm’s Subrogation & Recovery Department, has been named a Subrogation Community Leader for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Since 2007, the CLM has been dedicated to meeting the professional development needs of the claims and litigation management profession. As a community leader, Robert will foster and encourage the ongoing professional development of members to help ensure the community meets its purpose, responsibilities, and deliverables. Robert will also author publications for the CLM magazine.

At Cozen O’Connor, Robert litigates property subrogation matters and inland marine, maritime, and other transportation cases involving shipping law, international trade law, and private international law throughout the domestic United States.
