Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations group, spoke with Fast Company about the prison sentence that Sam Bankman-Fried, the fallen leader of cryptocurrency exchange FTX, will likely receive at his sentencing in March next year.  “From my back of the envelope calculation, I believe it is likely that the government asserts that the applicable guidelines sentence is life imprisonment and argues for the same,” said Sarah, noting she expects Judge Kaplan to “ultimately impose a significant sentence—perhaps even several decades long—that will allow Bankman-Fried to walk out of prison eventually.”
