LOS ANGELES, April 9, 2024 — CODISCOVR, an ancillary business of Cozen O’Connor focusing on  eDiscovery and information governance, today announced Caitlin Oyler joins the team as counsel and will practice out of the firm’s Los Angeles office. Oyler is the first CODISCOVR member on the West Coast.

“Caitlin’s impressive background makes her an excellent fit to expand our group to Los Angeles,” said Nicole Gill, chair and managing partner of CODISCOVR. “Cozen O’Connor is focused on expanding its West Coast presence, and it is nice to have someone from CODISCOVR on the ground there to assist the firm’s lawyers and clients with their eDiscovery needs.”

Oyler joins the firm from Redgrave LLP, where she focused on providing high-level advice to various stakeholders regarding all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle. She has vast experience advising clients on discovery issues in complex litigation and investigations, including issues related to preservation, collection, analysis, review, and production of electronically stored information.

Oyler earned her law degree in 2011 from American University, Washington College of Law. Caitlin graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University with her bachelor’s degree in political science.
