Jerry Goldfeder was quoted in a WBNG article discussing the objections to petitions filed by Khaled Salem, alleging that the signatures required to gain ballot access are invalid. According to Jerry, these alleged issues with Salem’s petitions threaten the democratic process. “When a candidate submits petitions that are so egregiously fraudulent as we allege these are, it’s a serious undermining of the entire electoral process,” said Jerry. “People can run, we welcome them running for office but they have to follow the procedures.”
