NEW YORK, December 23, 2024 — Richard Kalson, a member of the firm’s Construction Law Group, has been appointed chair of the Deep Foundations Institute Risk and Contracts Committee. This committee focuses on identifying risk and ways to evaluate and manage risk for all entities involved in geotechnical projects. As chair, Richard will oversee the committee's activities and recruit members to advance committee projects and events.
