Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, appeared on BBC News on November 25 to discuss the dismissal by a U.S. District Judge of the federal election-obstruction charges against President-elect Trump, which ended a historic investigation that never went to trial but led to enduring changes in the legal landscape over a president’s immunity from prosecution. “We very much knew this was coming, “ Sarah said, adding “it’s very hard to imagine these cases will go forward” once Trump leaves office.
