Trump Was Found Guilty of Crimes in New York. Can He Still Vote in Florida?

Jerry Goldfeder was quoted in a Yahoo News article discussing how an appeal to Donald Trump’s conviction will impact his voting status in his home state. In Florida, the law bars those convicted of most felonies from voting until they’ve fulfilled all terms of their sentence. According to Jerry, the judge “won’t incarcerate him if it’s on appeal.”
