She takes pride in her ability to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, counseling employers on employment policies, training, compensation, severance, and employment agreements. Nicole has experience drafting summary judgment motions, appellate motions, position statements, and client memorandums, managing e-discovery, and directing expert witnesses.
