NEW YORK, September 12, 2024 – Vivien Krieger has been selected to serve on Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York’s 2025 Awards for Excellence in Development Committee for the second year. The Awards for Excellence in Development honor exceptional development projects in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors across New York that embody ULI’s mission to ensure the future of the built environment has a transformative impact in communities worldwide.
Projects are eligible in nine categories: adaptive reuse, affordable housing development, civic development, hotel development, institutional development, market-rate housing development, mixed-use development, office development, and urban open space. The awards committee is comprised of ULI New York members across the spectrum of New York real estate who are responsible for nominating the finalists. Winners will be revealed and celebrated at the annual gala dinner on April 23, 2025.
Vivien is co-chair of Cozen O'Connor's Zoning, Land Use & Development Practice. She concentrates her practice on real estate law, representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in New York City land use and zoning matters.
