ATLANTA – March 21, 2025 – Alycen Moss, co-vice chair of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance Department, has been named one of Law360's 2025 Insurance Authority Property Editorial Advisory Board members for the fourth year in a row. The editorial advisory board provides feedback on Law360's coverage, and insight on how best to shape future coverage. Alycen has been a member of the board since 2022.
Alycen is co-vice chair and eastern regional manager of Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department and office managing partner of the Atlanta office. She concentrates her practice in civil litigation, and she has extensive experience with matters pertaining to property, casualty, environmental, professional liability, commercial general liability, and trucking issues. She also regularly litigates civil and commercial matters pertaining to transportation and logistics, as well as mass and complex torts and class actions. Alycen has also litigated complex cases involving environmental and toxic exposures, including asbestos, diacetyl, mold, and chemical exposures. She has participated in all phases of the defense of these matters, from initial discovery through dispositive motions, expert discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial practice. She also advises companies on risk management strategies. Alycen regularly advises property and casualty carriers on various coverage issues, and defends carriers in lawsuits brought by insureds. She has litigated numerous coverage issues, including bad faith, punitive damages, and deceptive trade practices claims.
Alycen regularly speaks throughout the country and also provides training on claims handling, risk management issues, and updates regarding case law. Additionally, Alycen frequently writes articles on hot topics and emerging issues.
