Jerry covers examples of gerrymandering around the country; the Supreme Court’s decision in Rucho v. Common Cause, which dealt a substantial setback to the challenge against partisan gerrymandering; and the constitutional amendment in New York that established an independent redistricting commission to take effect in 2020.
