Paxton, before the U.S. Supreme Court that will impact the future of social media content. Stephen and Pamela discuss the laws passed in Texas and Florida that restrict social media companies' discretion to moderate content and the novel questions in both cases about free speech protections for social media platforms under the First Amendment.
