Cozen O'Connor's West Conshohocken office was opened in 1998 and is located in Montgomery County, Pa., adjacent to the Schuylkill Expressway.
The office enables the firm to bring its business, real estate, domestic relations, commercial and insurance litigation and trusts and estates practices directly to the its clients and potential clients in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and in central and northeastern Pennsylvania.
On the business side of the practice, our attorneys specialize in representing entrepreneurs and family-owned and middle market companies as well as venture capital funds and other equity and debt investors in all areas of emerging business and venture capital and general corporate and business law, including corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and strategic alliances. Our real estate attorneys represent commercial and residential developers in the full array of acquisition, development, leasing, land use and zoning matters. The office’s domestic relations attorneys specialize in divorce, custody, support and adoption matters, and our trial attorneys handle complex commercial and insurance litigation matters in the state and federal courts.

From Downtown Philadelphia:
Take the Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76) west to Exit 332 (Conshohocken). Turn right at the traffic light at the end of exit ramp. At the end of the exit ramp you will be at an intersection with a McDonald’s Restaurant on the right-hand corner and the Marriott Hotel on the far left (*PA. 23 East Philadelphia” sign is located overhead there). Turn right onto Pa. 23 East, bear left at the Lukoil station and continue following Route 23 East .2 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left at that light into the Four Falls Corporate Center.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike/Northeast Extension Area:
Exit from westbound Turnpike at Exit 30 (Route 476 South). After the toll booth, follow Route 476 South to Exit 16 (“Philadelphia/Valley Forge”). Bear right on the exit ramp (following the sign for “23 - Conshohocken”) until you reach a traffic light at the “T” intersection formed by the exit ramp and Matsonford Road. Turn right on Matsonford Road and follow it to an intersection with an overhead sign saying “PA. 23 East Philadelphia.” There is a traffic light there, a McDonalds on the right-hand corner and the Marriott Hotel on the far right corner. Turn right onto Pa. 23 East, bear left at the Lukoil station and continue following Route 23 East .2 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left at that light into the Four Falls Corporate Center.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike (Valley Forge Exit)/King of Prussia Area:
Take Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76) east to Exit 331B (“Plymouth Meeting-Conshohocken” - Route 476). Take Exit B PA 23 Conshohocken. Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Matsonford Road. Follow Matsonford Road to the traffic light at the “PA 23 East Philadelphia” sign. There is a McDonalds on the right-hand corner and the Marriott Hotel on the far left corner. Turn right onto Pa. 23 East, bear left at the Lukoil station and continue following Route 23 East .2 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left at that light into the Four Falls Corporate Center.
Air
From Philadelphia Airport Area/South of Philadelphia:
Take Route 476 North (note: from the Airport, take 95 South to 476 North). Take Exit 16A from 476 North (signs for “23” and “Philadelphia - Conshohocken”). Follow the exit ramps to “23 Conshohocken” ramp and follow that ramp to a traffic light at the “T” intersection formed by that exit ramp and Matsonford Road. Turn right on Matsonford Road and follow it to the first traffic light intersection, where there is an overhead sign saying “Pa. 23 East Philadelphia.” There is a McDonalds on the right-hand corner and the Marriott Hotel on the far left corner. Turn right onto Pa. 23 East, bear left at the Lukoil station and continue following Route 23 East .2 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left at that light into the Four Falls Corporate Center.
