Jessica joined the Philadelphia office in 2009 and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Strategic Recruiting and Integration Officer. In this role, she works with the strategic expansion team to advance Cozen O’Connor’s growth in key markets nationally and internationally, focusing on recruitment and integration of individual lateral partners, groups, and firms.
Jessica has more than 15 years of tenure at the firm, beginning as a summer associate and advancing to become a Member in the Corporate practice group before transitioning to the recruiting team. This history with the firm, combined with her deep knowledge of the legal recruitment and integration process, makes Jessica an exceptional resource to those looking to move their practice to Cozen O’Connor. She cultivates strong relationships with recruiting organizations and consultants and attracts top talent across the firm’s offices. Jessica works closely with other leaders within the firm to creatively, proactively, and strategically grow Cozen O’Connor.
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Butler University, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team. She earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, summa cum laude. While in law school, Jessica served as senior notes editor of the Syracuse Law Review and was a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society. Upon graduation, Jessica was elected to the Order of the Coif.
