Peter focuses his litigation and counseling practice on complex insurance coverage matters. His experience spans all areas of insurance, to include commercial general liability, directors and officers, public entity liability, and commercial and personal lines property and auto policies. Peter advises his clients on avoiding and limiting extracontractual exposure and frequently defends carriers in bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Peter was most recently an associate at a Seattle firm focused on complex insurance coverage matters, significant construction defect claims, commercial litigation significant injury, professional liability and alternative dispute resolution.
Peter earned his undergraduate degree from University of Washington. Peter earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law where he received a certificate in dispute resolution, the Bruce Spalding Memorial Award for Trial Advocacy and was best in class: trial practice 2012.
