William concentrates his practice on business litigation. He has experience managing all aspects of litigation from presuit investigation through final resolution, including depositions, drafting and arguing motions on discovery disputes and dispositive issues, trial, and successfully mediating numerous cases.
Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, William was an associate with a boutique law firm in Dallas, Texas, where he practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, general liability, transportation, and workers’ compensation.
William also served as a law clerk for two different federal judges from 2018-2021, first for the Honorable Anne Berton of the U.S. District Court – Western District of Texas, and then for the Honorable Kim Gibson of the U.S. District Court – Western District of Pennsylvania. In these roles, he assisted the judges in all stages of civil and criminal proceedings.
William earned his B.A. from the University of California San Diego and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was an associate notes editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review.
