Michael focuses his practice on complex litigation issues and has handled matters from case inception to trial. He has experience conducting depositions, drafting various dispositive and discovery motions, litigation assessments, management reports, and legal memoranda.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate with a boutique medical defense firm based in New York City where he focused on defending medical malpractice and general liability matters on behalf of hospitals, health care systems, physicians, and other medical professionals. Michael also served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York under Magistrate Judge Anne Y. Shields.
Michael earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was an editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
