Joseph Duque

Associate

Joseph concentrates his practice on subrogation, representing primary insurers, reinsurers, self-insurers, insurance syndicates, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph was a senior associate with an Am Law 200 firm, where he prosecuted subrogation lawsuits on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured trucking entities. He also managed the defense of catastrophic injury motor vehicle accident lawsuits, including wrongful death, brain injury, and amputation cases from inception through trial.

Joseph earned his undergraduate degree from California State University – San Bernardino, and his law degree, cum laude, from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Joseph participated in the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and was a legal clerk for the San Diego County District Attorney's Office juvenile division.
