Alex is a corporate and securities lawyer focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience helping companies raise capital and navigate complex transactions across various sectors, including mining, technology, life sciences, and oil and gas. He has also helped clients with domestic exchange listings on the TSX, TSXV, and CSE, as well as cross-border listings.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Alex was an associate in the capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice of one of Western Canada's leading law firms.
Alex earned his J.D. from Thompson Rivers University and his B.A. in political science and government from the University of Victoria. Between his degrees, Alex gained three years of experience working with clients of a federal credit union headquartered in Surrey, B.C.
