Kevin concentrates his practice on insurance litigation, including casualty defense, professional liability defense, and commercial litigation. He handles all areas of case management and phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, motion practice, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, to participating in trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Most recently, Kevin served as counsel in a boutique law firm representing individual and corporate clients in complex, products liability, toxic torts, personal injury, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. Prior to that, he was an associate with a regional NLJ 500 firm practicing professional liability defense and commercial litigation.
Kevin earned his J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he was an executive editor of the Drexel Law Review. He earned his B.A. in history from Penn State University. He currently serves as a board member of the La Salle College High School Alumni Association. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children outdoors fishing, running, hiking, and rooting for Penn State and Philadelphia sports teams.
