Daniel Goldfield

Associate

Dan is a diligent and detail-oriented litigation associate. He was a summer associate with the firm in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of Delaware. There, he gained experience drafting opinions on complex federal issues and statutory interpretation. 

Dan earned his law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law, where he was a Charles Widger ’73 Scholar. Dan was the chair of the National Trial Team, a board member of the Murphy Family Endowed Moot Court Board, and the vice president of the Villanova Law Students Against Sexual Violence. Before attending law school, he worked as a senior associate for client engagement and business development manager for a consulting firm in Washington, D.C. He earned his undergraduate degree in legal studies and political science from the Honors College of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
