Evan is an experienced litigator who represents both individuals and corporate clients in all phases of the civil litigation process. His practice concentrates on high-exposure and high-risk litigation, including casualty and complex torts, negligence and premises liability, professional negligence, construction defect, and commercial litigation. Evan works closely with his clients to create nuanced legal strategies to help them obtain their short-term and long-term goals.
Most recently, Evan was an associate with a national Am Law 200 law firm, where he managed a full caseload of active litigation spanning health care professional negligence, negligence and premises liability for business entities, and contractual disputes. His portfolio included general liability, bad faith, and insurance coverage matters. Throughout his career, Evan has shown proven success in helping his clients meet their legal and business needs by providing strong guidance and support through all steps of the legal process, including pre-litigation investigation and resolution, mediation, arbitration, settlement, and trial.
Evan earned his B.S. from James Madison University and his J.D. from Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law. During law school, Evan served as the editor-in-chief of the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation and was a clerk in the Office of General Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
