Alexa Gomez

Associate

Alexa focuses her practice on product liability, toxic tort liability and complex litigation, defending clients in both federal and state court. She has experience representing clients from inception through trial, including motion practice, fact and expert discovery, conducting depositions, and negotiating settlements. Alexa also has experience defending large corporations in multi-district litigation related to products liability and pharmaceutical matters.

In her pro bono work, Alexa has assisted veterans in preparing appeals for denials of benefits and helped victims of sex trafficking expunge their criminal records.

Alexa earned her B.A., cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and competed on the nationally ranked Dispute Resolution Society Mediation team.
