Goli focuses her practice on subrogation and recovery work. She has conducted more than 10 civil bench trials to verdict in subrogation and consumer collection actions. She is involved in all phases of the litigation process, including the initial review and investigation of a claim, coordinating with experts, preparing complaints, and drafting motions and other pleadings. She represents our insurance company clients in the pursuit of real property subrogation claims, including actions for negligence, product liability, and government claims. Goli also works closely with insurance adjustors and defense counsel to negotiate settlements.

Goli earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University of San Marcos and her law degree from California Western School of Law. During law school, Goli was a certified clinical student for the California Innocence Project.
