Stephanie's practice encompasses diverse legal matters, including breach of contract, insurance coverage determinations and defense, eminent domain, shareholder derivative and other business disputes, trade secret protection, administrative disputes and regulatory proceedings, negligence and products liability, and antitrust.
She has experience developing litigation strategies, analyzing complex procedural issues, arguing preliminary objection hearings, supervising e-discovery projects, conducting complex legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs. She also has experience advising clients directly and representing clients during mediation.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Stephanie practiced commercial litigation at a top national law firm. She also spent a year as an adjunct professor at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she taught legal skills to 1L students and the LSAC Plus Program to underprivileged and first-generation law students. During law school, she served as a legal intern for a well-established Pennsylvania law firm.
In addition to legal experience, Stephanie served as a financial management analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense and spent eight years as a medic in the U.S. Army Reserve. She also worked as a mental health worker and registration training specialist at a Pennsylvania community hospital.
Stephanie earned her J.D. in 2021 from Widener University Commonwealth Law School as valedictorian, where she was editor-in-chief of Widener Commonwealth Law Review and an academic success fellow for Contracts & Legal Methods. She received her Master of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University in 2015. Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Shippensburg University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
