Daniel concentrates his practice on technology, privacy, and data security. He advises clients navigating the intricate landscape of digital law, addressing emerging challenges, including those associated with artificial intelligence. With a background in early stage tech companies, including in the data security space, Daniel offers a practical perspective on technology’s impact on business.
Daniel earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, he served as a staff editor for the Temple Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. He earned his B.A. from Kalamazoo College.
