Bradley D. Liddle

Brad focuses on all stages of patent litigation, including inter partes Review proceedings. He also counsels clients on patent licensing and infringement analysis, as well as portfolio management, valuation, and acquisition. With experience in litigation finance, Brad also helps clients identify IP investment opportunities.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Brad was a patent litigation partner at a leading Dallas law firm. Prior to that, he ran a multi-million dollar patent licensing company, successfully licensing dozens of companies to its portfolio. He began his legal career in patent litigation at a boutique firm in Houston, Texas.

Brad holds a J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University. Before law school, he worked as an engineer at Boeing, supporting the International Space Station program.
