Seth concentrates his practice on product liability defense, premises liability, and insurance coverage. Seth has experience conducting pre-discovery fact investigation, performing legal research, conducting and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, creating defense strategies, preparing pleadings, discovery motions, summary judgment motions, motions in limine, discovery demands, and discovery responses, conferring with claims professionals, negotiating with plaintiff's counsel to settle cases, attending mediations and preparing appellate and respondent briefs.
Prior to joining the firm, Seth was an associate in the product & general liability group of an Am Law 100 firm focused on complex litigation, where he handled a large caseload as first chair for multimillion-dollar product liability matters. Seth began his legal career as a legal assistant and later as an associate with a New York-based boutique insurance litigation firm. There, he worked on matters involving auto-accident, premises liability, asbestos litigation, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, and legal malpractice.
Seth earned his legal degree from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from SUNY Albany.
