Elizabeth is an experienced subrogation attorney with extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional subrogation law and a strong track record of delivering consistent high-dollar recoveries.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Elizabeth was a senior subrogation specialist with an international insurer focused on specialty lines and reinsurance. She also previously served as in-house subrogation counsel for a New York-based property and casualty insurer and as a recovery examiner for a global insurer responsible for large loss recoveries in the U.S. and abroad.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School after spending the first decade of her career as a claim specialist. She also holds an M.B.A. from Rider University and a B.S. in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey. She is a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) through the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, holds a Civil Mediation certification from the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and is a Fraud Claims Law Associate with the American Educational Institute.
