Brandon Posivak

Associate

Brandon concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. Before joining as an associate, Brandon honed his skills as a summer associate with Cozen O'Connor, gaining experience in various practice areas in the firm's Santa Monica and Los Angeles offices.

Brandon earned his J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University - Caruso School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and earned first place in one of Pepperdine's Armand Arabian Moot Court competitions. His article, “The Demise of the Hub-and-Spoke Cartel and Rise of the Student Athlete: A Significant Step Toward a New Era of Conferences in NCAA v. Alston,” was published in the University of Miami Business Law Review. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in government and law from Lafayette College, where he played Division 1 baseball.
