Jon concentrates his practice on representing clients in complex torts and general casualty claims through all stages of the litigation process. He has experience conducting and defending depositions and has obtained successful resolutions in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, binding arbitration, and informal negotiations.
Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Jon was an associate with a national firm, where he focused on civil litigation defense, primarily on cases dealing with personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability. Before that, he litigated civil matters as a plaintiffs' attorney, with an emphasis on auto accident, premises liability, sexual assault, and wrongful death cases.
Jon earned his B.A., graduating phi beta kappa, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. Before entering the legal field, Jon served honorably as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
