Justin is a litigation associate in Cozen O'Connor's Philadelphia office. Prior to joining the firm, Justin was a law clerk at a premier Delaware law firm, where he concentrated his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Justin earned his law degree from the Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was the executive editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. While in law school, Justin served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III, of the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as with the Delaware Department of Justice. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ursinus College.
