Victoria C. Rodgers, RN

Associate

Victoria represents health systems and long-term care providers across the United States. She defends and advises clients in patient care litigation, health care fraud investigations, risk management, internal investigations, employer liability matters, and regulatory compliance disputes. Victoria has represented various health care providers in lawsuits and governmental investigations related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Victoria draws upon her clinical experience as a nurse to successfully advise and defend health systems and long-term care facilities. Her experience further includes business disputes, contract disputes, product liability, premises liability and negligence claims.

Prior to being a summer associate and ultimately joining the firm, Victoria was a registered nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the surgical/trauma unit.

Victoria earned her nursing degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing. Victoria earned her law degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was staff editor of the Temple Law Review volume 89, and symposium editor and note/comment editor of the Temple Law Review volume 90.
