Michelle concentrates her practice on construction law. She represents architects, engineers, contractors, and owners in pre-lawsuit claims procedures, litigation, and arbitration. In addition to her experience drafting construction contracts, Michelle is an experienced litigator, helping clients to resolving matters involving complex construction claims, including delay and disruption claims, payment claims, government contract claims, construction defect claims, and errors and omissions claims.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Michelle was an associate in the construction group of another Am Law 100 firm, where she also gained experience in international construction disputes.
Michelle earned her J.D., cum laude, from Southwestern Law School, where she was the lead articles editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University.
