Jun Ho assists clients in accessing the U.S. and Canadian securities markets and structuring transactions that work on both sides of the border. With licenses to practice in both the U.S. (California, New York, and Nevada) and Canada (British Columbia) and an LL.M. in Transnational Business Practice, he's able to meet client goals efficiently and in compliance with the various layers of diverse regulations.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Jun Ho was a partner in the capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice as well as a co-chair of the U.S. capital markets practice of one of Western Canada's leading law firms.

In addition to his LL.M., he holds a J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, and a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
