Alex is a commercial litigator that focuses his practice on construction law. Alex counsels project owners, real estate developers, and contractors in matters regarding construction defect claims, architectural professional negligence claims, payment disputes and lien claims, product defect claims, and more.
Alex earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from West Chester University and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School where he was selected Order of the Coif. While in law school Alex served as a staff editor and constitutional law editor on the Rutgers University Law Review, and interned for the Honorable Theodore McKee, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, and Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Upon graduating law school Alex clerked for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, Presiding Judge, New Jersey Appellate Division.
