Before joining the firm, Austin was a general and professional liability attorney at a female-owned law firm in California, representing major corporate clients in personal injury, wrongful death, property loss, and indemnity and defense cases. Austin also worked at a boutique civil litigation firm, handling pretrial litigation for negligence and contract actions. Additionally, Austin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Crowley, analyzing over 1,000 motions and drafting hundreds of tentative rulings on various legal matters.
Austin earned his J.D. in 2020 from American University Washington College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in logical philosophy and pre-law from the University of Arizona in 2017.
