Joshua brings close to 20 years of experience representing insurer clients in large loss subrogation matters concerning product liability, personal injury, and construction.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Joshua served as attorney, counsel, and partner at Texas-based law firms, where he investigated subrogation potential, tried subrogation cases from the first chair, retained and deposed experts, participated in arbitration, and successfully collected millions of dollars for large national insurers and their affiliated companies.
Joshua earned his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University and his B.A. in political science from Baylor University.
