As a government affairs associate with Cozen Public Strategies’ Minnesota practice, Hannah provides legislative guidance to clients on how best to navigate and influence the political climate at both the state and federal level. Her experience collaborating with legislators, agency officials, and external stakeholders provides clients with a well-rounded perspective on how best to approach their interests before any level of government. Prior to joining Public Strategies, Hannah worked in both the private and public sectors, most recently as a government relations manager for an information services technology company, where she served as the liaison to all external stakeholders including state and federal government entities, industry leaders, and interest groups. In this role, she represented the company before 25 states at the legislative, executive, and judicial branch. Previously, Hannah worked at the federal level for a Washington, D.C., based consulting firm where she served as a congressional correspondent and later as chief of staff for the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review’s communications and legislative affairs division. More recently, Hannah also spent some time as a legislative assistant for the Minnesota Senate.
Hannah graduated from the University of Minnesota, earning her Bachelor of Arts in political science.
