Andrew Woolf is the vice president of strategy and innovation at Cozen O’Connor.

With extensive experience driving growth and innovation across multiple sectors, Andrew works closely with firm leadership to develop and execute the firm’s strategy, enhance client services, and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. He also leads the firm’s innovation strategy, playing a pivotal role in advancing the firm's artificial intelligence initiatives.

Andrew brings a multifaceted perspective to his role with an extensive background in law, government, corporate strategy, and technology. After completing judicial clerkships, he practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, focusing on complex mergers and acquisitions, hostile takeovers, and corporate litigation. He subsequently served as senior advisor to the deputy secretary and under secretary of the treasury, focusing on economic policy, innovation, and management.

In the past decade, Andrew has been at the helm of several high-growth technology companies in New York and Philadelphia, driving their strategy, growth, and operations.

Andrew holds a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as a managing editor of the Yale Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in New York.
