Cozen O’Connor opened its first regional office in Seattle, Washington in 1985. The office is located in the central business district of Seattle.
The attorneys in our Northwest regional office represent clients in matters within all jurisdictions of the Western United States, including Washington, California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Colorado, Alaska and Hawaii.

The Seattle office is located between Seneca and University Streets and 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The main reception area is located on the 52nd floor. The office is within easy walking distance to the famous Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Benaroya Symphony Hall, theaters and shopping malls. You are able to find our office by car or air.
Car
I-5 Northbound (from Sea-Tac Airport)
Leaving the airport, follow the signs for I-405/Renton/I-5. Take the I-5 North exit on the left toward Seattle. Merge onto I-5 north.
When arriving in Seattle, exit onto Seneca Street (left-lane exit, Exit 165). Merge onto Seneca Street (one way street). After crossing 3rd Avenue, our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street (immediately on the right).
I-5 Southbound
Take I-5 southbound.
Exit onto Union Street (Exit 165B)
Head west (toward the water) for approximately two blocks. At 5th Avenue, take a left.
Go two blocks to Seneca Street and take a right.
After crossing 3rd Avenue, take an immediately right into our parking garage. From Bellevue (East) Westbound SR520
Follow the I-5 Southbound directions.
Westbound I-90 Follow signs for northbound I-5 and exit on Madison Street(on the right side of the freeway). Take a left and head west on Madison Street toward the water. Take a right on 4th Avenue. Take a left on Seneca Street. After crossing 3rd Avenue, our parking garage entrance is located immediately on the right.
Highway 99 Northbound (from West Seattle):
Take West Seattle freeway and exit to northbound 99. Exit onto Seneca Street Take a left on 1st Avenue at the traffic light. Go one block on 1st Avenue and take a right on University Street. Go two blocks on University Street and take a right on 3rd Avenue. Go one block on 3rd Avenue and take a right on Seneca Street. Our parking garage entrance is located immediately on the right.
Air
Shuttle Express provides van service to and from Sea-Tac Airport.
Parking
As noted above, the parking garage is located in the Washington Mutual Tower and the entrance is on the north side of Seneca Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The cost is $25 per day.
