Ethan Heller

Associate

Ethan focuses his practice on corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and a variety of general corporate matters.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Ethan was a corporate associate with a leading firm in Philadelphia. There, he gained experience leading both buy- and sell-side due diligence, drafting board and stockholder resolutions, reviewing and preparing disclosure schedules, preparing organizational documents for limited liability companies, negotiating non-disclosure agreements, and drafting Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.

Ethan earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Florida Blue Key Society. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to three judges of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg, and the Honorable David R. Strawbridge.
