Cozen O’Connor Brings its Cross-Border Real Estate Practice to Canada, Adding Three Lawyers in Toronto

Enzo Sallese, Steven I. Pearlstein, and Andrea Wong — will join its fast-growing North American Real Estate practice.

Enzo concentrates his practice on banking and financial services, including asset backed lending, loan restructuring, mortgage enforcement, as well as loan participations and syndications. His clients benefit from his extensive background in general commercial real estate law matters, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, property development, and commercial leasing. Acting regularly on behalf of landlords, property managers, and tenants, he has proven experience advising clients regarding commercial leases.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Enzo was a partner in the commercial real estate and financial services groups of a midsized business law firm in Toronto. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel to the commercial mortgage-backed securities group of Merrill Lynch Capital Canada.

Enzo earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Toronto and his law degree from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. He is also trilingual, speaking English, French, and Italian.
