If you are traveling by car from the QEW. When coming into downtown Toronto the QEW automatically merges into the Gardiner Expressway. Follow Gardiner Expressway eastbound to the York Street/Bay Street exit. Take the York Street\Bay Street Ramp and stay straight on to York Street. Follow York until University Avenue (at Front Street). Turn left on to University Avenue. Follow University Avenue until Queen Street then turn right onto Queen Street West. Follow Queen Street until Yonge. We are on the south east corner of Queen and Yonge Street.
401 East
If you are traveling by car and coming from 401 east. Follow 401 eastbound until the Don Valley Parkway South. Follow the Don Valley Parkway South until the Downtown\Richmond Street exit. Take the Richmond Street east ramp. Follow Richmond Street until Victoria Street. Turn right on to Victoria Street. Follow Victoria Street until Queen Street East then turn left on to Queen Street. Follow Queen Street until Yonge Street. We are on the south east corner of Queen and Yonge.
401 West
If you are traveling by car and coming from 401 West. Follow the 401 to the 427 South. Take the 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway East. Merge onto Gardiner Expressway East (via the exit on the left). Follow Gardiner Expressway eastbound to the York Street/Bay Street exit. Take the York Street\Bay Street Ramp and stay straight on to York Street. Follow York until University Avenue (at Front Street). Turn left on to University Avenue. Follow University Avenue until Queen Street and turn right onto Queen Street. Follow Queen Street to Yonge Street. We are on the South east corner of Queen and Yonge Street.
Train
From Union station go out to Front Street. From Front Street go east to Yonge Street. Go north on Yonge Street until Queen Street. We are located on the south east corner of Queen and Yonge Street. Approximate travel time from Union Station to Cozen O'Connor office is 2 minutes.
Air
From Toronto Pearson Airport:
Merge on to 427 South. Follow 427 South until you see Gardiner Expressway East then merge onto Gardiner Expressway East (via the exit on the left). Follow Gardiner Expressway eastbound to the York Street/Bay Street exit. Take the York Street/Bay Street ramp and stay straight on to York Street. Follow York until University Avenue (at Front Street). Turn left on to University Avenue. Follow University Avenue until Queen Street and turn right onto Queen Street West. Follow Queen Street until Yonge Street. We are on the south east corner of Queen and Yonge Street. Travel time from the airport to the Cozen O'Connor office with no traffic is approximately 23 minutes.
