We take a uniquely proactive approach to giving our lateral hires a complete and meaningful integration experience, and we are one of the few firms in the country that has a dedicated Director of Lateral Integration to guide the integration of our member-level laterals. Jill Caughie, a licensed attorney who practiced in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group for several years, fills this role. Jill also chairs the firm’s Lateral Integration Committee, comprised of leaders from the firm’s Business, Litigation, IP, and Labor & Employment departments, our recruiting team and the firm’s chief marketing officer.
