Cozen O'Connor opened its Wilmington office in the summer of 1999. Our offices are located in the heart of Wilmington.
Our attorneys in the Wilmington office provide general corporate, bankruptcy and commercial litigation services, having represented a broad array of clients in both transactions and litigation throughout Delaware for more than 25 years.
The firm believes that the Delaware office holds a unique stature throughout the country, both in corporate and commercial litigation matters, combined with the increasing frequency with which our other offices identify client situations in Delaware.
